METHOD
Build in a highball glass over lots of ice, stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS
25ml light rum, 25ml golden rum, 10ml lime juice, 25 ml orange juice, Long Tail Ginger Lime, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, nutmeg

METHOD
In a cocktail shaker mix light rum, golden rum, lime juice and orange juice. Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice and top up with Long Tail Ginger Lime

Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg & two dashes of Angostura Bitters

CARIBBEAN SUNSET

Ginger Lime

INGREDIENTS
50ml bourbon, 10ml lime juice, 1 dash of Angostura Bitters, 15ml of elderflower syrup, Long Tail Blood Orange, mint leaf

METHOD
Combine bourbon, lime, elderflower, a dash of bitters and cubed ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold, strain into a old fashioned glass and top up with Long Tail Blood Orange

Garnish with a mint leaf

GOLD RUSH

INGREDIENTS
25ml dark rum, 25ml golden tequila, 10ml pineapple juice, 15ml orgeat syrup, 10ml orange syrup, 10ml cherry syrup, Long Tail Island Spice, pineapple slice & maraschino cherry

METHOD
Add golden tequila, pineapple juice, orange syrup, cheery syrup, orgeat syrup and dark rum into a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake and pour into old fashioned glass over crushed ice and top up with Long Tail Island Spice

Garnish with Pineapple & a maraschino cherry

ISLAND LIFE

Island Spice

INGREDIENTS
25ml golden rum, 25ml golden tequila, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 4 lime wedges, Long Tail Hibiscus, 5 to 10 mint leaves, mint sprig for garnish

METHOD
In the bottom of a highball glass muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime wedges. Then add rum, tequila and crushed ice. Using a bar spoon mix ingredients and top up with Long Tail Hibiscus and crushed ice

Garnish with a mint sprig & a lime wedge

LONG TAIL MOJITO

INGREDIENTS
25ml bourbon, 25ml golden rum, 10ml Orget syrup, 2 dashes Augusta bitters, Long Tail Lemon Sour, Lemon wedge

METHOD
Add bourbon, golden rum, orgeat syrup and bitters into a cocktail shaker. Shake & pour into a highball glass over cubed ice and top up with Long Tail Lemon Sour

Garnish with a lemon wedge
